Peter Garamfel is the Yap Branch Manager for FSM Telecom. He also serves on the Board of the FSM National Oceanic Resources Management Authority (NORMA), an agency that manages and regulates the important and valuable fisheries resource of the FSM. Mr. Garamfel has completed the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) development program and has achieved the levels of Governance Fellow credential and Board Leadership Fellow credential. The Leadership Fellow is the highest level of credentialing for corporate directors in the United States. Garamfel currently serves as a member of the Committee on Risk & Audit for the FSMPC Board
