Mr. Redley Killion

Representative of the Private Sector (Chair of the Committee on Risk and Audit)

Redley A. Killion  is a former politician and public servant, who served two consecutive terms as the sixth Vice President of the Federated States of Micronesia from May 1999 to May 2007. Redley served as the Chairman 2007 FSM Fuel Task Force that helped to create the FSM Petroleum Corporation.

Redley is currently the Chairman of the FSM National Chamber of Commerce and operates a successful private sector business in Chuuk. Mr. Killion has completed the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) development program and has achieved the levels of Governance Fellow credential and Board Leadership Fellow credential. The Leadership Fellow is the highest level of credentialing for corporate directors in the United States. Killion currently serves as the Chairman of the Committee on Risk & Audit for the FSMPC Board.
