We are currently seeking the right candidate for the position of:
ICT MANAGER
The ICT Manager provides oversight and overall strategic leadership to the ICT Section and provides professional advice to management and Vital for the development and maintenance of the Vital ICT capability. S/he also provides oversight of Vital’s business process re-engineering and delivery on Vital ICT strategies. The role is based in FSM and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
Essential Job Requirements
- Oversight and delivery of ICT functions, including technology infrastructure and ICT operations
- Provision of effective ICT services; Vital Network and ICT systems managed effectively
- Effective risk and compliance management with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Well informed Management and Stakeholders
- Effective Human Capital Management to all ICT staff
- Vital image upheld and values demonstrated at all times
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
- Experience and knowledge in developing policies and procedures to support IT infrastructure
- Possess knowledge of ICT principles and practices and communication networks including security, data management and hardware and software maintenance
- Working knowledge of ICT legislations and laws including data management, software, network, etc. regulations and standards
